As the flood season approached, CSP's Tianjin Project Department immediately activated the emergency response plan for flood control in response to the stringent directives from the municipal flood control headquarters of Tianjin Metro, establishing a robust safety barrier for metro operations without delay. The Tianjin Project Department of CSP Rail Transit Safety Department took immediate actions. At the designated Tianjin Metro sections under our responsibility, our staff urgently joined the flood control front to identify potential hazards and organize emergency supplies. Under the guidance of the Public Transportation Branch of Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau and leadership at all levels of the relevant management units, our Tianjin Project Department mobilized over 300 security personnel shifts to fully participate in flood emergency response and security work at various stations across the lines in operation, strengthening the flood control safety net through multi-faceted efforts.

CSP Personnel Maintained 24/7 Emergency Readiness, Demonstrating Unwavering Commitment on Standby

Our Tianjin Project Department established a task force for flood control to strictly implement the 24/7 emergency duty system, with our security personnel remaining at their posts on rotating shifts and maintaining keen vigilance and readiness to respond to possible flood emergencies.

CSP Personnel Conducted Comprehensive Identification of Potential Risks to Build a Line of Defense and Prevent Dangers before They Occur

To address potential risks during the flood season, we supported the stations in completing comprehensive identification of potential risks. We also promptly participated in clearing drainage blockages and identifying leak risks, so that any problems can be found and solved early. Additionally, we worked with staff at the stations to move over 1,500 sandbags, lay more than 500 meters of anti-slip mats, and install over 50 flood barriers.

Amid the flood season, we remained mindful of our responsibilities. In collaboration with Tianjin Metro, the Tianjin Project Department of CSP Rail Transit Safety Department is fully committed to ensuring safe metro operations and protecting passengers' travel safety through rapid response, meticulous deployment, and concrete actions.
